Returns & Replacements

All Products (excluding those marked) may be returned within Thirty (30) calendar days from the date of receipt of the product. All returned and/or canceled orders are subject to a twenty five percent (25%) restocking fee. No cancellations/refunds are allowed on special order or made to order items. Shipping charges are non-refundable. All returned merchandise must be unused and in its original packaging.

Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling fees incurred in the returning of merchandise. Any damage claims due to shipping must be made within 24 hours upon delivery.

Items marked as drop shipped items do not qualify for our returns policy and will follow the manufacturer's return policy. There are no exceptions to this rule.

ECU / TCU tunes do not qualify for returns and are considered final sales unless the product is defective. In which case, BTR needs to be contacted within 48 hours upon delivery and the product in question will be serviced by BTR.
